How do I pay for my order?
No payment is collected at checkout. By submitting your order, you are authorizing BGTC to charge your Club account.

When will my order be ready?
All items are made to order. Pre-sale orders will be ready for pickup approximately 12–14 business days after June 19.

How will I know when my order is ready?
The Club will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Where do I pick up my order?
Orders will be available for pickup at the Club. Please wait until you receive an email before coming to pick up your order.

Do I need anything to pick up my order?
Yes, please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
Because all items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be available once your order has been submitted.
